Money orders & checks must be international and
the payee field must be left blank or made out to
cash. Money orders take up to 3 days to process,
checks take 7-10 days to clear. Your order will be
shipped once your check or money order has
cleared.
Please include an email address and phone
number with your order, you will be contacted with
a tracking number when your order is shipped.
All orders shipped via FedEx Express services
every Wednesday, to arrive by Friday. All shipping
includes insurance and a tracking number at no
extra cost.
All products are covered by a six month
warranty, if your product is defective you must
send it in to us for testing, we will either
repair or replace the product at out discretion.
If the product is found to be operating properly
we require return shipping payment before the
product is returned to you. If the product is
found to be defective we ship a replacement out at
no cost to you. When sending a product back for
repair you must list the item as a 'defective
computer part' with a value of no more than $10.
If any item is sent requiring brokerage fee
payment or with customs charges it will be
refused.
Some product do not contain marking or
screening on the case.
Return Shipping
Due to the nature of our products, no refunds
or exchanges of any kind are available on any
products. The satellite industry is volatile and
unpredictable, we do our best to keep our
customers well informed.
We ship discreetly and securely with minimal
problems, any order returned or refused by customs
is reshipped same day at no cost to the customer.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any
question you may have with regards to any of our
policies. Any purchases made constitute your
agreement with all policies stated on this page.
